Thomas Watson Brown, III

Thomas “Tom” Brown is an associate attorney with The Conner Kutchey Law Group, where his practice encompasses commercial and business litigation, business organization and planning, contract law, local government representation, real estate and property disputes, construction law, trust and estate planning, and employment matters.

Originally from Augusta, Georgia, Mr. Brown earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. Prior to law school, Mr. Brown graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University, where he was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.

Mr. Brown is admitted to practice in the Superior Courts of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Brown serves on the Board of Trustees for the Watson-Brown Foundation, a non-profit foundation which annually awards more than $5 million in merit- and need-based college scholarships to students across Georgia and South Carolina and preserves and operates five historic properties throughout the state. Mr. Brown also serves as a trustee of the Georgia Legal History Foundation.
